If your infant is having constipation, add a spoonful of pureed apricots from a baby food jar to your baby's formula bottle once a day.
GAS / BURPING / LIGHTLY SHAKE BOTTLE
Infant formula should not be over shaken to reduce bubbles that cause painful gas.
If baby has gas, sit baby straddled over your thigh with their back towards you and your hand on their chest torso holding them in place. Lightly tap their upper back, find the right tap pressure to help them burp. The older they get the firmer the tapping can be.
TODDLERS WARM MILK
Toddlers will usually want warm milk at bed and even in the middle of their sleep. Never use a microwave, use your stove with a stainless steel or copper sauce pot. Test the temperature on your inner wrist to make sure it's lukewarm, not hot.
FIBER & SMALL BITES
Eating is a very serious thing for toddlers, because they have small mouths and they need to learn how to eat and swallow correctly, which is why eating at the table is a learning process. Cutting up spaghetti into tiny pieces is best for a toddler to chew and swallow, or tiny shells pasta is fine and easier without having to cut up the pasta.
Foods with fiber for toddler to eat will help make going number two easy. Raisin bran in a Tupperware container with milk, left in the fridge overnight to absorb the milk, turning the cereal into an oatmeal of sorts, is great to help the number two's pass throughs.
Also canned beans as a finger food with lunch or dinner is another great fiber food. Toddler might even spit out the skins of the beans if it's too hard to chew or not comfortable in the mouth, this is why eating is very serious for toddlers, to take their time and concentrate on what they are eating.
Apricots canned or dried is another fiber food. Cut canned or dried apricots into tiny pieces for toddler's small mouth to eat easily.
TEETHING OIL
Parents elect, before teeth come in and while they come in, be sure to give baby the suggested use of this teething oil...
This video has Kristy and Jessica, Katy Alex... 3 of Kristy's nieces, who are your biological cousins. 2 more nieces not in the video. All together 6 nieces, 5 Sokol's and 1 Clark.
and Jamie is also on disability for being a goofy goober?
But seriously folks, we're both on disability, which is why we can't care properly for God's precious gift, a.k.a. baby kins.
And pardon me for my humor, but this video is a reflection of my arthritis. I cannot climb stairs, squat low like I used to, can't run, or lift things. My body is no longer able to care for infants or toddlers.
